How much does a chiropractic visit cost?
New patient exam: $75 private pay. Standard follow-up adjustment: $50 private pay ($40 for minors). For chiropractic care, most insurance plans are accepted and we verify your benefits before your first appointment. Massage therapy is a self-pay service and is not billed to insurance: $85 for 60 minutes, $120 for 90 minutes. HSA and FSA cards accepted for all services.

Medicare covers spinal manipulation for medically necessary care. For workers' compensation, prior authorization is required — please contact the office directly. For auto accident or lien-based care, we work with attorneys, third party payers, and MedPay; please contact the office to book these cases.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Yes. Chiropractic care and therapeutic massage are eligible HSA/FSA expenses and we accept HSA/FSA cards at all four offices.
Do you bill insurance directly?
For most plans, yes — we file claims on your behalf and bill you only for your copay or deductible. Workers' compensation cases are accepted with prior authorization; please contact the office directly to verify eligibility before booking.
How does payment work for auto accident or lien-based care?
Auto accident cases are treated on a lien with attorney involvement, third party, and MedPay. Please contact the office directly to book these cases so we can confirm documentation requirements before your first appointment.
