How long is a typical massage session?

Our standard sessions are 60 minutes ($85 private pay) or 90 minutes ($120 private pay). HSA and FSA cards are accepted.

Is massage therapy covered by insurance?

No. Massage therapy at Valley Chiropractic is a self-pay service and is not billed to health insurance, because none of our massage therapists are in-network with insurance plans. Sessions are $85 for 60 minutes and $120 for 90 minutes, and we accept HSA and FSA cards.

Should I get a massage before or after my adjustment?

Either works well. Many patients find massage before an adjustment helps loosen tight muscles; others prefer massage after to consolidate the work.
