Payment Options
We work hard to make chiropractic care affordable and accessible for every patient.
Insurance
We accept most insurance plans. Insurance benefits are verified before your first appointment so you know your copay and visit limits in advance.
Private-Pay Rates
If you prefer to pay privately or do not have insurance, our standard rates are the same at all four offices:
- New patient exam: $75
- Standard follow-up adjustment: $50 ($40 for minor patients)
- Massage therapy — 60 minutes: $85
- Massage therapy — 90 minutes: $120
Medicare
Medicare covers spinal manipulation for medically necessary care, and most Medicare plans are accepted at Valley Chiropractic.
HSA / FSA
Chiropractic care and therapeutic massage are eligible HSA and FSA expenses. We accept HSA and FSA cards at all four offices.
Workers' Compensation
Workers' compensation cases are accepted with prior authorization. Please contact the office directly to verify eligibility before booking.
Auto Accident & Lien-Based Care
Auto accident cases are treated on a lien with attorney involvement, third party, and MedPay. Please contact the office directly to book these cases so we can confirm documentation requirements before your first appointment.
